- RECOVERY -- This procurement is being funded via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The work consists of installing 1-16 x 24 feet shade structure with no concrete slab, 1-30 x 40 feet shade structure on an existing concrete slab, 1 concrete low water crossing, and approximately 6,630 linear feet of square-tube steel fence and 750 cubic yards of aggregate surfacing. Project price range is between $350,000 and $750,000. NAICS: 238990. Project sites are located at the San Pedro Riparian National Conservation Area in Cochise County, Arizona. Estimated start work is April 5, 2010 and performance time is 180 calendar days. Bonds are required - Bid Bond: 20%; Performance Bond: 100%; and Payment Bond: 100%. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. This solicitation has been posted in www.fedconnect.net. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by resultant contract award(s) may utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements by the successful offeror(s), will be required in any resultant contract. The Awardee will be subject to Section 1512(c) of the Recovery Act which requires each contractor to report on its use of Recovery Act funds under the awarded contract.
