Description

RECOVERY-C-IDIQ TASK ORDER NOTIFICATION FOR CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER CONTRACT #WC1330-07-CQ-0057, GIBBENS DRAKE SCOTT (GDS) ENGINEERING. RECOVERY ACT SPECIAL NOTICE --Issued in accordance with FAR 5.7 and in compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Re-Investment Act of 2009 (ARRA), Public Law 111-5. This proposed action will be a new task order issued against an existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for Construction Administrative Services i.e., construction observation, inspections, submittal reviews, Request For Information (RFI) response development, and change order request reviews, in support of the Construction of the NOAA La Jolla Laboratory Replacement Project, La Jolla, California, for a period of approximately 600 calendar days, utilizing Recovery Act Funding.
