- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER: ILLINOIS MATOC 2004 The basic contract for Repair of Communications building was awarded to Pangea Inc. on 23 September 2009. The 126th Air Refueling Wing requires communications space for intra-base and inter-base communications. The telecommunications facility is required for operations and training, automated data processing, maintenance of base computer and network equipment, base telephone exchange, DMS messaging functions, and administrative related activities. There are unusual physical features such as heavy electrical and HVAC loads, additional floor loading requirements, and security requirement which include Emissions Security (EMSEC) in accordance with AFI 33-203(VI).
