- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, Panama City, Florida intends to solicit Florida Atlantic University, 777 Glades Road, Boca Raton, FL 33431-0991 on a sole source basis to adapt the BOSS system software to support undersea cable detection and data collection tests of the revised software during upcoming FY10 Tests. FAU is uniquely qualified to perform the adaptation of the BOSS sensor software and provide operations support during the tests since they are the original developer of the BOSS sensor suite and the analysis techniques which produce the imaging data of the detected objects. All work is expected to be completed by 30 September 2010. Delivery will be the Naval Support Activity - Panama City, Receiving Officer, Building 100, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7018. A firm-fixed-price contract is anticipated. NAICS Code 541330 applies. Size standard is $27M. FSC is AD94.
