This is the revised Okinawa (Zukeran Elementary School) seed project SOW. This revised, conformed solicitation provides the following changes to the previous solicitation: new questions and answers; changes to CLIN maximum quantities; an addition to Section K Certifications and Representations; changes to Section L Proposal Submittal Requirements; and, changes to Section M Basis of Award. PLEASE CLOSELY REVIEW THE CHANGES TO SECTIONS B (LINE ITEMS), K, L AND M OF THIS SOLICITATION. THERE ARE NEW SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR YOUR PROPOSAL.
