- Description
- RFP VA-528-09-RP-0175 is issued to provide primary care services at a location in Oswego County in the State of New York. The Veterans Affairs Healthcare Network Upstate New York (VA) desires to enter into a contract for community based primary/preventive care services for veterans. The resulting contract will be for a one-year period with three one-year renewal options to commence 90 days providing services after date of award. The Contractor will be responsible to furnish medical facilities, clinical providers, equipment, supplies, routine radiology and administrative functions to fulfill the level of care specified in the RFP.
