- RECOVERY - This project is funded in whole by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project is to install a completely functioning furnance and remove and relocate existing electrical resistance heaters as shown on drawings and specs. PROJECT LOCATION: The project is Harshaw Research Farm, 4398 Grace Lane, Oneida County, Cassion Township. ESTIMATE COST RANGE: less than $25,000. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Emerging Small Business. SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS, SPECIFICATIONS, and DRAWINGS: The solicitation, AG-4419-S-10-0566 will be issued via FedBizOpps, as an RFQ and will be available for downloading on or about 04/02/2010 at the website address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. All vendors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award of a contract, http://www.ccr.gov/
