Description
NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL BE ISSUED FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO AWARD THIS REQUIREMENT AS A MODIFICAITON TO AN EXISTING DELIVERY ORDER UNDER AN IDIQ CONTRACT. THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND REQUIRED BECAUSE FUNDING UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 WILL BE USED FOR THE PROJECT WORK. This requirement is for Contract Administration Services during the construction of the Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) Renovation Project Description of the Work: The required Contract Administration Services are as follows: 1. Architect/Engineer (A/E) will develop a project website to manage submittal reviews, Requests For Information (RFIs), schedules and permits. 2. A/E shall hold training session to familiarize the project team with website project management software. 3. A/E shall develop flow process for submittals, RFIs, schedules, permits, and O&M manuals. 4. The A/E project website shall serve as the official log for construction administration activities. It shall incorporate the latest security safe guards, be backed up daily and have two separate storage sites that are geographically separate from each other. 5. A/E will compile warranty, O&M, permits, reports, schedules, and other required information received from Centennial and transmit the data to the Phoenix Area Office and PIMC at project closeout. O&M manuals are not to be scanned into the system due to their bulk. O&M manuals will be distributed as hard copies. 6. A/E shall participate in the preconstruction meeting, limited site visits, and the project closeout meeting. This requirement is intended to be awarded as an in-scope modification to a competitively awarded Contract/Delivery Order with The Durrant Group, Phoenix AZ, which provided the design of the PIMC Emergency Department Renovation Project.
