- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City (NSWC PC) intends to award, on a sole source basis, a firm-fixed price commercial item order to L3 Sonoma Electro-Optics (SEO) Incorporated, 428 Aviation Boulevard Santa Rosa, CA 95403, for the i960 daughter boards. The i960 daughter boards are a component of the Coastal Battlefield Reconnaissance and Analysis (COBRA) gimbal which has been identified as at high risk for obsolescence. This procurement is to manufacture enough i960 daughter boards for the COBRA gimbal to support both COBRA production and fleet spares. The following items are being procured: CLIN 0001 - Fifty (50) COBRA SCD, PWA, i960 daughter boards, part number 38408 CLIN 0002 - Modify the MultiSpectral Imager (MSI) focus control software This procurement is sole source for the following reasons. The i960 daughter boards are proprietary to SEO. SEO is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the i960 daughter boards and there are no known distributors. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to the Naval Support Activity Panama City, Receiving Officer, Building 100, 101 Vernon Ave, Panama City Beach, FL 32407-7018. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 334511.
