- The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Headquarters (HQ) plans to issue a purchase order for membership to The Corporate Executive Board Company for membership in the PMO Executive Council. Membership to the Corporate Executive Board offers any of the employees within the Office of Information Technology Program Management of the FBI unlimited access to propirietary strategic research, an Executive Council website, print publications, decision support tools, teleconferences, and seminars available to the Government and private business sectors. The FBI intends to issue a purchase order to the Corporate Executive Board for a membership in the PMO Executive Council. The authority is only one responsible Source 10U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) "only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements (Reference FAR 6.302-1. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing or e-mail to the identified point of contact no later than 2 p.m. locat time on March 26, 2010. All responsible sources who can provide the above requirement shall submit a written quotation to include the cost of membership and a description of the services/materials the fee includes. Such qualifications shall be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. This determination will be made by the Government based upon its review of any received responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the government.
