- Subscription: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(13) for custodial services for the GAO Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Field Office for a base year with one (1) option period. These services will include: vacuum carpet, clean work-off mats, trash collection and removal, clean and re-supply rest rooms – with towels/soap/ and trash bags in waste cans and sanitary napkin containers, clean/disinfect rest rooms, de-scale toilets and urinals, remove trash, sweep both the men and women’s, dusting general areas, private offices and cubicles desks and cabinets, if work surface is free of paper and personal items, dust partition tops, window sills window cleaning clean all four entrance doors clean windows on all private office doors. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) GAO-10-N-0014. Applicability FAR Provisions: The following Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) provisions and Clauses apply to this solicitation and are incorporated by reference. 52.217-9 Exercise of Options, 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer- Central Contractor Registration, 52.232-72 Invoices (Aug 2007), 52.233-3 Protest After Award (Aug 1996), 52.243-1 Changes - Fixed Price (Aug 1987), 52.246-4 Inspection of Service Fixed Price (Aug 1996), 52.249-2 Termination for Convenience of the Government (Fixed-Price) 52.249-8 Default (Fixed Price Supply and Service). Offerors must submit a quote no later than 2:00pm Friday, March 26, 2010. Quotes may be e-mailed to Darion A. Phillips at phillipsDA@gao.gov.
