- Description: THIS IS AN AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 (ARRA) PROCUREMENT. The resulting contract will utilize funds provided by the AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) OF 2009. Interested parties are notified that the inclusion of unique provisions required in implementing the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency, will be required of the successful bidder. ***ESTIMATED ISSUE DATE OF SOLICITATION electronically in Federal Business Opportunities is April 5, 2010.*** The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services and facilities (except as otherwise specified), to perform the Statement of Work/Specifications. Project area is located in Marion County on the Willamette National Forest. The Government’s Estimate is between $ $100,000 and $250,000. This proposed procurement listed herein is Unrestricted Competition per FAR 19.10 The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Estimated start work date is JUNE 1, 2010. Location: Reconstruction of NFSR #2207, #2223, & #2223520 includes clearing & grubbing, excavation, culvert removal/installation, deep patch asphalt/fill slope repairs, which includes geotextile fabric, geogrid, welded wire form installation and asphalt concrete removal/placement. Other items also include road reconditioning and riprap/aggregate placement.
