- The following salient characteristics have been changed and/or added (all others remain the same): 2. Four (4) 1-2 hour on-site (U SAF Academy 10 MDG ) general lecture training sessions for 20-25 providers/ transcriptionists 3. Following general training, individual "over the shoulder" or "hands on" software training lasting 1-2 hours per provider/ transcriptionist, as needed (a sign up sheet will be provided). Offerors must include a statement on their quote acknowledging the amendment to the combined synopsis/solicitation.
