- Brand Name Justification This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W81YYC0074F200 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect for Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38. This acquisition is unrestricted. //Schedule of items: This requirement is for supply and installation of heavy duty PIN reader keypads. //CLIN 0001: 40 ea This requirement is for replacing existing Vindicator PIN reader keypads with updated Vindicator PIN reader heavy duty keypads. Model ASP08, output formats - Prox: HID Card Wiegand 26 with Programmable site code - Keypad: Wigand 26, Power supply: 8 to 15 VDC, Power Consumption: Max 150 mA, Transmitter/Receiver frequency: 152Khz, Mounting: Universal USA and EUROPE, Environment: IP68 : 100% relative humidity, Operating Temperature: -30 to +65̊C, Dimensions: 120 x 90 x 20 (4.72/3.54/0.79), Anti tamper Optical protection, Certifications: Complies with FCC Part 15. //CLIN 0002: 1 job Installation charges: Updated keypads will be installed on doors on 18 buildings on RAF Molesworth. An escort will be provided as door movement will be restricted. A site visit will be required to work out configuration settings and output buffer and perity settings. Price to include testing for configaration for different setups for different card needs, power down and removal. Installation to be completed by 30 April 2010. //CLIN 0003: Door to door shipping to RAF Molesworth, Cambs, PE28 0QB, UK. //Delivery and installation of items must be completed by 30 April 2010. Due to mission requirements any offers unable to meet this timeframe will not be considered.
