- The US Army Contracting Command, Joint Munitions and LethalityContracting Center, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to solicit, negotiate, and award on a sole-source basis, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 for highly specialized engineering & technical support for the development, demonstration, and transition of innovative technology solutions to assist thewar fighter throughout weapon system life-cycles. The contractor shall provide highly specialized engineering & technical support for the development, demonstration, and transition of innovative technology solutions to assist the war fighter throughout weapon system life-cycles. The advancement of materials, devices, and processes are crucial for the U.S. Army to meet current and future objectives. The Government intends to award this contract sole source to New Jersey Institute of Technology, 323 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Newark NJ, 07102-1982.
