- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement is set-aside for small business, and the associated NAICS code is 334515. POINT-OF-CONTACT (POC): Susan Hill, Contract Specialist, Phone: 703-428-6420, FAX: 703-428-8181, E-MAIL: Susan.M.Hill@usace.army.mil Request for Proposals: THREE PHASE POWER QUALITY ANALYER KIT Background Charlie Company 249th Engineer Battalion (Prime Power) deploys worldwide to provide prime power and electrical systems expertise in support of the warfighter mission and National Response Framework. This unit requires the following equipment to execute its mission. Scope C Company, 249th Engineer Battalion requires this equipment to perform electrical testing during their missions. Any substitutions of equipment including type, model, or brand name must be approved by the technical point of contact before acceptance. Task Requirements All equipment must meet the minimum technical specifications of the equipment model types. Contractor has the option of providing alternate equipment with equivalent technical specifications and safety ratings however, customer must provide approval for all substitute equipment different than identified model. Deliverables DESCRIPTION: Three Phase Power Quality Analyzer Kit Manufacturer - Fluke, Model # 435 (or equivalent product) QUANTITY:4 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: True Power(W) 20M, Apparent Power (VA) 20M, Amps AC 3000, Kit Current Capability 3000A, Current Accuracy 5% + 5 Counts, Current Channels-4, Voltage AC 1000, Voltage Accuracy 0.1%, Voltage Channels-4, Power Factor 0 to 1,Display LCD Color, Phase 3, True RMS, Storage 16Mb, Kit to include (4) 3000A Flex Current Probes, Hard Carrying Case With Rollers, 5 Test Leads and Clips, Battery Charger, Software, Optical USB Cable, Color Localization Set and Instructions Period of Performance Equipment must be supplied and delivered prior to 30 April 2010.
