- Solicitation Number 6FEC-E6-060173-B is a standing solicitation with no closing date. Resultant contracts awarded under this solicitation will be Multiple Award Schedule IDIQ contracts with a base 5-year period, and the potential for three additional 5-year options. The current Refresh 9 (R9) dated March 19, 2010, is hereby issued to correct all document headers, add a new document entitled Summary of Offer , incorporate multiple clause and provision updates, remove and add SINs, and change SIN titles and descriptions. NEW OFFER SUBMISSIONS: Offers received after April 19, 2010, MUST be submitted using the Refresh 9 solicitation dated March 19, 2010. Offers received after April 19, 2010 using any previous refresh solicitation will be rejected. Rejected offers will not be returned to the offeror. Offerors are strongly encouraged to read the Read Me First document prior to submitting their offer. This document contains important information including a checklist of all documents required to accompany your submission that may or may not be listed in the Vendor Response Document or e-offer system.
