- Notice of Intent The National Park Service National Capital Region Division of Acquisition Management, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Eastern National, 470 Maryland Drive STE 1, Fort Washington, PA 19034-2502 for complete ownership of the film, "Manassas: End of Innocence" (2002), including all rights to video, digital, soundtrack, electronic, interpretive and other derivative work, all copyrights including but not limited to all rights to reproduce, distribute, transmit and display any or all parts of the film in all existing and future media, including online venues. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), and regulatory authority is FAR Subpart 6.302-1; only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. Within 6 calendar days of this notice interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting clear evidence of their capability to provide/perform. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Suppliers may fax written correspondence to facsimile number (202) 485-9720. All responsible sources will be considered for evaluating the determination to issue a sole source contract. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 512120.
