- VA Connecticut Healthcare System intends to negotiate sole source procurement with Synthes USA Sales LLC to provide medical equipment. This equipment must be compatible with VAs existing Synthes equipment. This procurement is under the authority of FAR 6.302. Businesses who feel they may be capable of providing this equipment shall submit all applicable information to VA Connecticut by March 15, 2010. The information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of VA.
