- National Security Technologies, LLC (NSTec) is currently seeking qualified subcontractors to perform the services listed below: SUBCONTRACTOR will provide to CONTRACTOR all relevant procedures (14 days after system walkdown) that will be used to accomplish Acceptance and Surveillance Testing of the JASPER HEPA system from valve V-2007 to V-2022 including HEPA filters ID# HF-2001 and HF-2002. The following tests shall be performed: •· HEPA System Acceptance Tests - ASME AG-1a-2004 Section TA-4100, TA-4300, TA-4600, and TA-4900. •· HEPA Filter Visual Inspections - ASME AG-1a-2004 Section TA-3400, TA-3510, TA-4620, and Appendix TA-I •· HEPA Filter Air flow Distribution Tests - ASME AG-1a-2004 Section TA-4632 and Appendix TA-IV •· HEPA Air-Aerosol Mixing Test - ASME AG-1a-2004 Section TA-4633 and Appendix TA-V •· HEPA Filter In-Place Leak Tests - ASME AG-1a-2004 Section TA-4634 and Appendix TA-VI •· Lockout/Tagout of hazardous energy. Date of SUBCONTRACTOR field testing is anticipated to be during the 1 st week of June 2010 QUALIFICATIONS: SUBCONTRACTOR shall comply with the Price Anderson Amendments Act (PAAA), 1998 and 10CFR830.120, Subpart A, Quality Assurance (QA) Requirements. All SUBCONTRACTOR personnel shall be qualified in accordance with ASME AG-1a-2004 Division IV Section TA-6200, and SUBCONTRACTOR applicable procedures. SUBCONTRACTOR qualified personnel will be used for their expertise in the Nuclear HEPA testing field. SUBCONTRACTOR shall provide all the needed instrumentation/equipment to perform HEPA inspections and tests in accordance with AG-1a-2004 Section TA. SUBCONTRACTOR will be responsible for the Quality Assurance (QA) requirements in accordance with ASME AG-1a-2004 Section TA-6000 to include procedures/programs of calibrated test equipment. DELIVERABLES: SUBCONTRACTOR will provide CONTRACTOR with all calibration data for test equipment that is required to be calibrated. SUBCONTRACTOR will provide CONTRACTOR with copies of all certificates of qualifications of personnel to ASME/ANSI requirements prior to start of work. SUBCONTRACTOR will provide a copy of their test procedures within 14 days after walkdown of the JASPER HEPA system. SUBCONTRACTOR will provide post-test calibration verification data for the calibrated equipment, which was utilized in the performance of the work package/procedure within two weeks after testing, has been performed. SUBCONTRACTOR will provide final Test Reports within two weeks after testing has been performed (reference ASME AG-1a-2004 Section TA-6300). SUBCONTRACTOR will provide and will affix HEPA Filter System Calibration Stickers for each filter and unit tested. CONTRACTOR will provide HEPA ID #s for the label to the SUBCONTRACTOR. Label should have the Location of Test, Date of Most Recent aerosol Test, and Date the next test is due (in accordance with the AG-1a-2004). Interested parties are to provide a letter of interest to include contact information and an outline of their qualifications to the Point of Contacted listed below.
