- The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) has developed the enclosed solicitation, (RFQ) VA-69D-10-RQ-0268. The purpose of this solicitation is for the contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment and supervision necessary to perform Sewer Maintenance Services for the Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC) Hines at 500 Roosevelt Road, Hines, IL 60141 in accordance with the statement of work and the specifications, terms, and conditions listed within this Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a Firm Fixed Price contract, unrestricted and under NACIS 562998, size standard $7 Million. Anticipated period of performance is July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods, at the Government's discretion. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about March 19, 2010. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the Federal Business Opportunities website; www.fedbizopps.gov, select "Find Business Opportunities" and then enter the solicitation number. Any amendments to this solicitation will also be available at this address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
