- Services Non Personal: The Air Force intends to award a competitive contract for the following services: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment personal protective equipment and clothing, hearing protection, eye protection including prescription safety glasses, materials and parts, transportation and other incidentals necessary to travel to Tinker AFB, OK, to perform Preventive Maintenance (PM), Remedial Maintenance (RM) and Calibration on the Thermal Analysis System. The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) with a Time and Materials (T&M) CLIN is contemplated. The period of performance is: 15 April 2010 through 14 April 2011 The estimated award date is: 15 April 2010. Request for Quote (RFQ): FA8125-10-Q-0206 This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), for a firm fixed type contract with a Time and Material Line Item. The Oklahoma City-Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC/PKEA) at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government (best value). Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811219 with a size standard of $7M.
