- 423430 Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officer to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000.00. After receipt and evaluation of three (3)quotes received in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-2(4)(i) and 13.106-3, it is the intent of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to make an award to App-Techs. App-Techs provided the lowest technical acceptable total price of $108,365.00 for the required products. The Office of Investigative Technology (ST) has a requirement for the purchase of Milestone's XProtect Enterprise (XPECL) - Device License Key (Qty: 500 each) and Milestone's XProtect Enterprise I (Y3XPECL) Device License - 3 year PMA (Qty: 500 each) and shipping and handling charges if applicable (Qty: 1 Lot). A solicitation will not be issued. All quotes must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. (EST) on March 26, 2010 to email Sheila Rivera, Contracts Specialist sheila.y.rivera@usdoj.gov, or via fax 703.495.6509. All communications / questions concerning this announcement must be in writing and received by 3:00 p.m. EST, not later than 2 calendar days after the publication date of the notice.
