Description
NAICS Code: 334519 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Superfund/RCRA Regional Procurement Operations Division in Washington, D.C. is soliciting request for quotes (RFQ) from offerors for the purchase of portal monitors and related attachments. EPA has to be able to respondrapidly to emergency events at different locations throughout the nation, with readily available equipment. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. EPA intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the successful offeror which will be utilized nationally throughout the United States over a (60) month period. The BPA will be used to establish an account to fill recurring requirements. Your offer shall include all associated price reductions for the requirement and the associated BPA. Any evaluation criteria will be stated in the Request for Quotes. These agreements will be processed under commercail item procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 13. Award will be based on the best value offered to EPA. Offerors should be advised that there may be multiple ship to or delivery destinations. For example, the destinations can be one or all of the followig: Boston, MA; New York,NY; Philadelphia, PA; Atlanta GA; Chicago, Il; Dallas, TX; Kansas City, KS; Denver, CO; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; Edison, NJ; or Las Vegas, NV.
