Description
PR No: 0025236943. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for an EZN, CG (47) Ticonderoga Class, Actuator, Electro Mechanical, 28 VDC. This solicitation SPM4A5-10-R-0570 will be solicited for award of a definite quantity firm fixed price contract (FFP). There are two approved sources: GE Aviation Systems LLC, Cage 0564 P/N SYLC-50481 and Hamilton Sunstrand, Cage 73030, P/N AD-33167-1. The NSN and Quantity are as follows: NSN 4810-01-188-0977; Quantity: 33 each. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). This P/N is considered a non-commercial item. Delivery: FOB Origin, Inspection & Acceptance Origin. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c)(1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualification requirement at time of award, in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1 or 52.209-2. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements and is cited in each individual solicitation. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation is in accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies. Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items cited in the AID: This agency has no data available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products offered. In addition, to the data required in subparagraph (c) (2) of clause L17C01 (52.217-9002), alternate offerors must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, sufficient to establish that the offeror’s product is equal to the product cited in the AID. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. From Dibbs homepage, select Request for Proposal (RFP) under the Solicitations heading.
