- The Contractor shall provide a quotation for membership to a sport/fitness for 70 FEMA employees in the Crystal City, VA area. The selected facility shall be within a 10 minute walking distance from 1800 South Bell Street, Arlington, VA 20598. The facility shall be insured and certified to maintain exercise equipment and to provide exercise or fitness training classes. The facility shall have separate shower/restroom facilities for members. Memberships for the 70 employees must have the flexibility of being on a month to month contract without any additional charges or penalties. If the facility has additional locations in Maryland or Virginia, then FEMA employees shall have the ability to utilize one of those facilities at the same rate. Please sent a quotation to Marolyn Cross at Marolyn.Cross@dhs.gov by Thursday, March 26, 2010, 6:00 pm, EST. This will awarded with a base year and two Option years. Please providing pricing for the base year and the two Option Years. This will awarded as a FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition and will be following FAR 12 Commercial procedures.
