- The U.S.Army Soldier System Center, Natick, Massachusetts has a requirement to furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to provide full maintenance, inspection services and emergency services for heating, hot water and air conditioning systems located at military family housing in Natick, Wayland, Needham and Hudson Massachusetts. The NAICS classification for this procurement is 238220 and the size standard is $14.0 million. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract for a base year and four option years. Site visits will be held on 1 April and 6 April 2010 at 10:00AM. This requirement is subject to the Service Act Wage determination. Copies of the Solicitation, Statement of Work, and Wage Determination will be available for download on our web site https://www3.natick.army.mil on or about 26 March 2010.
