- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-10-Q-0350 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38, Defense Circular Number 20100305 and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2009-1030. This procurement is being issued as a total small business set aside under NAICS code 333912. All materials, labor, tools, and transportation needed to furnish the following: 0001- Champion/Gardner Denver Hydrovane Compressor, Model HV11, 15 HP, 230/60/3 TEFC Motor, 61 CFM @ 115 PSIG, Enclosed Base Mount OR EQUIVALENT. Must be compatible with existing tubing and regulators or be cost effective to adapt to current. If adapting to current hardware, must quote adapting costs with installation. 0002- Installation Shipping will be FOB Destination to F1PT7A - AMARC/FMA, 4860 S SUPERIOR AVE, DAVIS-MONTHAN AFB, AZ 85707-4369; The provision at 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offeror -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on price and technical acceptance (Reference 0001- "Must be compatible with existing tubing and regulators, or be cost effective to adapt to current). Offeror must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer.
