Description

Provide Support Services for ARRA Program and Projects Special Notice : RECOVERY - Provide Support Services for NIH ARRA Construction Program and Projects This Notice is provided for informational purposes only. This opportunity will be awarded as a task order under a current 8(a) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to: Management Solutions, Inc., Contract Number HHSN292201000001I. This 8(a), IDIQ contract was awarded through competitive acquisition procedures. The contractor shall provide personnel and services in support of projects for the Porter Neurological Research Center, Building 10 F wing, and Building 3 as follows: Assist in strategy development, develop and document procedures, oversight of documents, provide project management assistance, maintain detailed comprehensive up to date schedules on all ARRA projects and tasks, provide synopses and reports, provide various professional estimating services, incorporate BIM elements into projects as demonstration, maintain up to date document records, prepare spreadsheets and report formats, and provide oversight during construction and periodic review of construction to evaluate quality control/quality assurance measures. THIS TASK WILL BE AWARDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009.
