Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 1,501 rentable square feet in Pocatello, ID. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 1,306 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (previously Usable) square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The space must be contiguous. The building must be located within the following delineated area: City limits of Pocatello, ID The proposed lease is for ten years, five years firm and should be fully serviced. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Life Safety, Seismic Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Please send expressions of interest to the following person and address in writing, via email, or via fax, and provide site address, size and offered square footage, date of space availability, expected rental rate per useable square foot fully-serviced and whether or not the quoted rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any.
