- Marine Simulation User's Conference Flyer An invitation is being extended to you and fellow staff to participate in the above mentioned conference. For User and Vendor attendees - Hotel accommodations to be determined within the next couple of weeks once an approximate number of participation is determined. For Vendors - If you desire to demo products/services, please briefly describe what products you would be interested in displaying, square footage of space needed, power supply requirements, etc. Vendor demo area will be either on the FLETC or at the host hotel. The FLETC cannot obligate or fund any monies for this portion of the conference.
