- RECOVERY – DEFERED MAINTENANCE OF REC SITES GREER CROSSING RECREATION AREA WATER SYSTEM REHABILITATION (MARK TWAIN NATIONAL FOREST) RECOVERY - This project is funded in whole by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Rehabilitate Existing water system. Work includes removal of an existing pumphouse and water system components, a new pump hose, water lines, well testing, a submersible well pump, hydropneumatic tanks, pump controls, hydrants, valves, drains, final grading, seeding and mulching. PROJECT LOCATION: The project is located in the Oregon County of Alton, Missouri. From Alton, MO take Hwy 19 North approximately 10 miles to Forest Road 3188 to the Greer Crossing Recreation Area entrance. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE AND SITE VISIT INFORMATION: Contract time will be 90 days from Notice to Proceed. ESTIMATE COST RANGE: Between $100,000 and $250,000. SET-ASIDE: The NAICS Code is 221310. THIS PROCUREMENT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AS “UNRESTRICTED”. SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS, SPECIFICATIONS, and DRAWINGS: The solicitation, AG-4419-S-10-0602 will be issued via FedBizOpps, as an RFP and will be available for downloading on or about 04/05/10 at the website address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ Contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) and must have completed a profile in the Online Representations and Certifications Database (OCRA) prior to an award of a contract.
