- The VA Medical Center, Erie, Pa intends to perform a sole source acquisition with Johnson Controls to provide service to include labor, materials, equipment and travel necessary to perform preventive maintenance and repair services on Metasys energy management and control equipment. Contract shall be for one base year, with four 1 year options. Anyone proposing to have the ability to provide the services on this equipment must be capable of providing proof that they are certified and/or authorized by Johnson Controls.
