- THIS IS AN AMENDMENT TO THE SELECTION CRITERIA 'f and g' OF THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION W9127S-10-R-0011. 3. SELECTION CRITERIA: Additional selection criteria are listed below in descending order of importance (first by major criterion and then by each sub-criterion). Criteria a d are primary. Criteria e g are secondary and will only be used as tie-breakers among firms that are essentially technically equal. THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION WAS INADVERTENTLY DELETED: f. SB and SDB Participation. Extent of participation of small businesses (including women-owned), small disadvantaged businesses, historically black colleges and universities, and minority institutions in the proposed contract team, measured as a percentage of the total estimated effort. g. Equitable Distribution of DoD Contracts. Volume of DoD A-E contract awards in the last 12 months, with the objective of effecting an equitable distribution of DoD A-E contracts among qualified firms, including SB and SDB.
