Description

Specification: Long Wave Imaging Fourier Transform Spectrometer RFP To procure One (1) Long Wave Imaging Fourier Transform Spectrometer. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Requirements (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is FA8601-10-R-0015 and is hereby issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) using FAR Subpart 15.1 Contracting by Negotiation. Proposed acquisition is unrestricted, full and open competition. The associated North American Industry Classification (NAIC) code is 334516,size standard is 500. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-38, 01 Feb 2010 includes Class deviation 2009-O0009. Two Attachments 1.
