- The USGS FRESC, Corvallis, OR, 97331 is seeking to acquire a total of 20 conductivity, temperature, & pressure sensors. At a minimum, the sensors will meet the following specifications: Conductivity range 20-200,000 mS/cmTDS in the range 15-150,000 Mg/LMust also measure temperature, pressure and log data. Delivery must be on or before 04/30/2010. Three sensors must be conductivity 20-200,000 microSiemens/cm, TDS 15-150,000 mg/L 5 PSIG, Seventeen sensors must be conductivity 10-100,000 micro-Siemens/cm, TDS 4.9-49,000 mg/L (12=5 psig: 5= 15 prig)All units must be able to store large amounts of data for extended periods of time.All units must be submeraible. Cabling and a communication kit are also required. The Government intends to award this requirement in accordance with FAR Part 13, entitled, "Simplified Acquisition Procedures" and FAR Part 12, entitled, "Acquisition of Commercial Items." Quotation 10WRQQ0154 will be made available on line on or about 03/22/2010 or by contacting the Contraction Officer identified below. All firms must be active in the Central Contractor Registration database at www.ccr.gov to be considered for award. All vendors must be current in ORCA. Interested parties should contact the Contract Specialist in writing by email at sevans@usgs.gov. This notice and any resulting solicitation or contract conforms to the requirements in place through FAC 2005-39, effective 19 March 2010.
