- This combined synopsis/solicitation is funded under the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act and will be subject to additional clauses associated with that Act. The National Park Service is seeking a contractor to deliver 10' rail blank stack cedar rails to be delivered to the Meriwether Lewis Site in Hohenwald, TN on the Natchez Trace Parkway. The delivery location is at MP 386 in the Meriwether Lewis District of the Natchez Trace Parkway between mile markers 380 and 420 within Lewis County, Tennessee. Quantity: 8,370 units as described above with an estimated magnitude between $25,000 to $75,000. This procurement is a total small business set-aside being conducted as a Request for Quotations. The applicable NAICS code is 423990 with an associated size standard of 100 Employees. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The solicitation package will be available on March 19, 2010 and will be issued as an RFQ electronically on the Department of Interior's National Business Center (NBC) web site, at http://ideasec.nbc.gov/j2ee/login.jsp Paper copies of the solicitation will not be made available.
