- WORK ITEM PACKAGE SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is N40443-10-T-0121, and it is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. This requirement is set-aside for small businesses The Offerors must hold an MSR Charter or ABR Charter at a minimum. NAICS 336611 applies with small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program is not applicable. The government intends to make an award on, or about, 08 April 2010. This requirement will be procured under FAR Part 12. Solicitation will be available in the Contracts Section of the MSC Website (1102 page). Instructions for downloading solicitation from MSC website: http://www.msc.navy.mil/.
