- Contracting Office Address: Department of the Air Force, Air Combat Command, 49 CONS, 490 First Street Bldg 29, STE 2160 Holloman AFB, NM, 88330-7908 Title: RPV Academic Trailer Lease Solicitation Number: FA4801-10-T-0002 Description: This accouncement will be issued as a Request For Quotations (RFQ). The anticipated award will be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. The period of performance will be for a one year base period and four one-year option periods. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-38. This acquisition is to be set aside and awarded to 100% small business. Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision and all other essential necessary to install and lease of a temporary academic trailer at Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). This is a commodities type contract with a base performance period of 1 June 2010 through 31 May 2011 and four option years. The total period of performance will be from 1 Jun 2010 to 31 May 2015. This proposed procurement is under a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for those concerns and its affiliates is 531120. The small business size standard is $7.0 million. Request for Quotes (RFQ) will be tentatively issued on or about 30 March 2010 with receipt of proposals tentatively scheduled on or about 30 Apr 2010. Evaluation factors will be supplied in the RFQ. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. 1) RFQ submission must be in accordance with solicitation; 2) Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award (Ref. DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration); 3) All Amendments, if applicable, must be acknowledged; 4) questions concerning this notice should be submitted to the Points of Contract as indicated in this announcement.
