- RECOVERY - Delivery Order Notification THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROGRAM. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to issue a task order under a CDC Blanket Purchase Agreement for CDC Cyber Security Services. The objective of the effort under this task order is to attain Subject Matter Expert knowledge in support of the Office of the Chief Information Security Officer. Specialized skills are required in assessment of security incidents and response. The delivery order will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. This action will result in a Firm Fixed Price, Level of Effort task order under the already established CDC Blanket Purchase Agreement for the DHHS Information Security Operations Support. This is not a request for competitive proposals, nor is a solicitation available. This notice is provided for informational purposes under the ARRA Program.
