- RECOVERY TAS::14 1041::TAS CHOH PMIS #125585 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY BEING OFFERED TO CONTRACTORS AWARDED CONTRACTS UNDER SOLICITATION NO. 1443N2000070900 (Contract Nos. 1443C2000081400-Quinn Evans Architects, Inc., 1443C2000081300-Bargmann Hendrie + Archetype, 1443C2000081200-DHM Design Corp., 1443C2000081500-Farewell Mills Gatsch Architects). This procurement is subject to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. Receipt of award is contingent upon the offeror's meeting the requirements of Section 1512 (reports on use of funds) of the Recovery Act. The selected Architect-Engineer design firm will perform Architectural/Engineering (A/E) Construction Services for the project "Catoctin Aqueduct Rehabilitation" at Chesapeake and Ohio Canal National Historic Park located in Frederick County, Maryland.
