- RECOVERY - ARAVAIPA UPLAND EROSION CONTROL STRUCTURES - The Bureau of Land Management is soliciting bids to locate and construct various types of check dams required to control erosion within the project site. The project is located in Graham County, Arizona, and is subject to Davis-Bacon wage rates. This project is also funded from the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act of 2009. As such, it is subject to specific quarterly reporting and Buy American Act requirements to be met by the contractor. The period of performance is 180 calendar days from notice to proceed.
