- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This procurement will be satisfied by award to a current Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contract holder under Schedule 56 Special Item Number (SIN) 563 4 with a North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code of 238160 with the annual size standard of $14,000,000.00. General Services Administration (GSA) has a need for a contractor to remove the existing EPDM roof system and install a new built-up roof system located at the Minneapolis U.S. Courthouse at 300 S. Fourth Street, Minneapolis, MN. The intent of this project is to remove the existing roof and replace with a new built-up roof system, remove any wet insulation and replace with new insulation to insulate the roof system to an R-50 value upon completion, and apply a cool white roof coating or membrane with a solar reflective index of not less than 78. A walk through is scheduled for Monday, March 22, 2010 at 1:00 PM in room 509 of the Minneapolis U.S. Courthouse located at 300 S. Fourth Street, Minneapolis, MN. Only Federal Supply Schedule contract holders eligible for award under Schedule 56 Special Item Number (SIN) 563 4 with a North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code of 238160 are encouraged to attend.
