- NOTICE OF SOURCES SOUGHT. This is a Sources Sought Synopsis in support of a market survey being conducted by the USCG C4IT Service Center, USCG Command and Control Engineering Center to determine interest and capabilities of potential sources. This synopsis is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation, or a synopsis of a solicitation, or a commitment on the part of the government to later publish a solicitation. The government will not reimburse the costs of preparing or submitting a response to this synopsis. Any information submitted in response to this sources sought is strictly voluntary. Company may provide a profile normally provided to General Public. Any questions should be submitted to the contracting officer listed above. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, personnel, labor, materials and equipment to continue full support and service of the existing 26 Barco Command Center Display Systems (CCDS) installed at various United States Coast Guard CONUS and OCONUS Command Centers, including preventive and corrective maintenance, site surveys, testing, verification, training, document deliverables and other services command to all existing systems. Goods and services must be provided by certified Barco engineers and authorized Barco resellers using Barco-only components in order to maintain warranty on existing equipment. Sample components include lamp lease, dust filters, dual RGB cards, quad video card, and omnibus. The Government requests interested offerors submit one (1) electronic copy of their capability responses, no later than noon Mountain Standard Time, on 25 March 2010 to the following email address: Cheryl.r.ellis@uscg.mil. The response should be a profile normally provided to the General Public. All respondents must supply the following: Capabilities Statement and a statement/proof that they are a Barco certified engineer or authorized reseller of Barco-components, Company name, address, CAGE Code, point of Contact (POC) for information, size of business, US or foreign owned. All interested parties must be registered in CCR to be eligible for award. The contract, if solicited and awarded, is planned to be a Firm Fixed Price contract. North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS): 811219. Anticipated solicitation will be posted NLT 27 March 2010.
