- Questions and Answers Solar Panels SOW Revised 19 MAR 2010 These are the minutes taken from the site visit conducted on 19 March 2010 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested for request for quote. This is a 100% Hubzone set aside no other small business' will be considered. Please proved Hubzone Cerification for varification purposes. Solicitation number F1UT600032A001 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38. This acquisition is posted Total Small Business under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 237130. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The contractor shall furnish all plant, transportation, personnel, equipment, and materials necessary to perform all operation in connection with installing a solar power system at the Alaskan Long Period Array(ALPA) Site E. 0001 - Install Solar Power Sysytem and Provide training In Accordance with Attached Statement of Work F.O.B. DESTINATION IS TO EIELSON AFB, AK (End description). Quotes must be submitted and received no later than 01 April 2010 at 2:00pm Alaska Daylight Time. Quotes may be e-mailed or faxed to 907-377-2389 to the attention of primary P.O.C.s listed below. Please send any questions or requests to: 354 CONS / LGCB, 354 Broadway St, Eielson AFB AK, 99702, ATTN: Justin Baker. Phone (907) 377-3326, by fax to (907) 377-2389, or e-mail to: justin.baker@eielson.af.mil. Alternate P.O.C. is Vance W.
