- Food Services Section B - Revised Food Services SOW - Revised The purpose of this amendment is to: 1.Incorporate the following: The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards if after considering the additional administrative costs, it is in the Government's best interest to do so. 2.Change the following: From: Contractor shall furnish and deliver freshly prepared meal packages (including kosher meals when requested) to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Dallas Field Office and other locations as specified, in accordance with the specifications and requirements described in the Statement of Work. (See Attached) To: Contractor shall furnish and deliver freshly prepared meal packages to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Dallas Field Office and other locations as specified, in accordance with the specifications and requirements described in the Statement of Work. (See Attached) From: The period of performance (POP) will be April 1, 2010 through March 31, 2011. The POP for Option Year One will be April 1, 2011 through March 31, 2012. To: The period of Performance (POP) is estimated to begin on April 19, 2010 through April 18, 2011. The POP for Option Year One is estimated to begin on April 19, 2011 through April 18, 2012. 3.Add: Award will be made to the offeror with the combined lowest total evaluated price for the Base Period and Option Year One, per location. e.g. Meal Packages Meal Packages Location: Dallas, TX CLIN 1001 Meal Packages - Base 2,200 x Unit Price = Total Price 1002 Additional Meal Packages - Base 275 x Unit Price = Total Price 1003 Meal Packages - Option I 2,200 x Unit Price = Total Price 1004 Additional Meal Packages- Option I 275 x Unit Price = Total Price Combined Total Evaluated Price - Base & Option I 4.Replace: The information contain in the subject combined synopsis/solicitation regarding the Contract Line Items numbers, items, quantities, an options with the attachment entitled, "Food Services Section B". (See Attached) 5.Revise: The Statement of Work has been revised. Please see the attachment entitled, "Food Services Solicitation Final MAR 2010 Rev 1". (See Attached) 6.Extend the following: The solicitation response due date is hereby extended from 3:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on March 23, 2010 to 3:0pm EST on March 31, 2010. The response time regarding inquiries and or questions will be extended from 3:00pm on March 18, 2010 to 3:00pm on March 24, 2010.
