- Sources Sought for renovation and remodel of four buildings on Fairchild AFB WA 99011. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. Sources MUST BE SMALL BUSINESS ONLY. APPLICABLE NAICS CODE: 236210 ($33.5 M) Magnitude of Construction is between $1M and $5M. Businesses must be capable to provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, and other items as needed to complete project. Summary of work includes; remodel/renovation of office buildings 445 and 447. Project includes plumbing, new roofing, new HVAC system installation, major electrical upgrades, window replacement in accordance with current anti terrorism force protection standards, exterior finish upgrades on bldg 445, and some minimal civil site work. Additionally there is some minor finish work in office/maintenance bldgs 446 and 1039. Period of performance will be 300 days. Interested and qualified vendors must respond with attached questionnaire filled out. A solicitation will follow at a later date. Again this is not a solicitation; it is a request for interested small businesses capable of performing work listed above.
