Description
The Omaha District, US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking qualified members of the Small Business Community, Small Business (SB), Small Disabled Small Business (SDB), Woman Owned Small Businesses (WOSB), Service Disabled Veteran Owned SB (SDVOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HubZones), Section 8(a) Participants) as well as Other than Small (OTS) concerns that qualify under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 236220 for the following requirement located in the state of Colorado. The principal components of the work to be performed include: Project will require Design-Build Services to complete Behavioral Health Clinic and Soldier Family Care Center Addition at Fort Carson, Colorado. Project will provide behavioral health, ancillary support, and support spaces. Supporting facilities include utilities, site improvements, access roads, and parking. Design and construction will include DoD force protection requirements per Unified Facilities Criteria, Americans with Disabilities Act and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADA/ABAAG), applicable energy conservation legislation, and LEED considerations. The Behavioral Health Clinic is approx 26,000 SF. The SFCC Addition is approx 21,000 SF. THE PROJECT ESTIMATE RANGE: $25M - $30M This announcement is part of our market research, and your responses are sought to identify sources that have the knowledge, skills, and capability to perform the work. Interested contractors, including small businesses and small business-led teams that qualify under NAICS Code 236220 are hereby invited to submit a response to the market survey to demonstrate their technical, managerial and business capability to provide the requested services. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR A FORMAL PROPOSAL. This notice is provided as information only and is an invitation for an expression of interest and demonstration of capability to perform the anticipated work. The Government will not pay for the preparation of any information submitted in response to this sources sought. The results of this market research will be used to determine the acquisition strategy for the proposed contract action. All interested, capable, qualified and responsive contractors are encouraged to reply to this sources sought request. Interested Contractors must furnish the following information: General Information 1. Company name, CAGE Code, DUNS Number, address, point of contact, phone number, and e-mail address as reflected in Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Contracts can only be awarded to firms who are currently registered in CCR and ORCA. 2. Business size in relation to the NAICS code listed. Must be identified in your CCR registration. 3. Bonding limits for your company. Include individual contract and aggregate limits. 4. Has your firm worked as a prime contractor on previous Federal construction contracts? Related Experience and Past Performance Information 1. Provide a list of no more than five vertical construction projects completed within the last five years. Include agency name, contract amount, and completion date. Indicate if your firm served as prime or subcontractor.
