- SF 1449 Statement of Work The U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Procurement Services (OPS) intends to award a Delivery Order against GSA Schedule No. GS-35F-0638J on a sole source basis for a period of one year to Avid Technology, Inc. located at 1101 Pennsylvania Ave., NW, Suite 600, Washington, D.C. 20004-2514. The proposed contract action is to purchase maintenance support for the installed AVID Edit Adrenaline and LANShare EX software for the Office of Public Affairs (OPA). The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is FAR 8.405-6(b)(1). Interested parties may identify their interest and capability statement to respond to this requirement in writing to Jeanette L.B.
