Description
THIS SOLICITATION HAS BEEN ISSUED ON WWW.FEDCONNECT.NET. PREVIOUSLY POSTED AS SOLICITATION L10PS02126. RECOVERY - MAINTENANCE SHOP FENCE REPAIR - The Bureau of Land Management is soliciting quotes to remove and replace or repair existing chain link fence at Shotgun Maintenance Shop, Triangle Lake Maintenance Shop, and Walton Maintenance Shop, located in Eugene, Lane County, Oregon. This project is funded by the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). As such, it is subject to specific quarterly reporting and Buy American Act requirements to be met by the contractor. The period of performance is 30 calendar days from notice to proceed, with an estimated start date of June 7, 2010. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this project is 238990, with a size standard of $14 million annually. Payment (100%) and performance (100%) bonds are required. This project is a total small business set-aside, with an estimated magnitude of between $25,000 and $100,000. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. A firm-fixed price is anticipated. This solicitation will be posted electronically at www.FedConnect.net. Paper copies are no longer available. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by resultant contract award(s) may utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements by the successful offeror(s), will be required in any resultant contract. The Awardee will be subject to Section 1512(c) of the Recovery Act which requires each contractor to report on its use of Recovery Act funds under the awarded contract.
